Three early-career opera singers are the first to benefit from District 9800’s involvement in the New Generations Service Exchange (NGSE) program. It’s a spin-off from Rotary International’s discontinued Group Study Exchange and offers a simpler, flexible format. The only Rotary expense is free boarding as the young people pay all their other costs. (In special cases Rotary subsidies are optional).
