As part of the Rotary International Convention in Melbourne (RICON23), Monday 29th May was Home Hosting evening. The Rotary club of Yarraville President Jebadiah Annear and his husband Grant Carlson (First Husband's Committee Chair), hosted 22 people for dinner at their home in the western suburb of Brooklyn, Victoria
A great night of conversation and fellowship followed. Six members of Yarraville Rotary, (Jeb, Sandra, Aaron, Girish, Margaret, Scott and our newest member, Tim – plus partners) were joined by RICON23 delegates from around the globe. Graham Roper, Rotary club of Werribee and incoming AG for Hobsons Bay Cluster, President Malcolm and his wife Jane, Pauline Annear and Ken Jeffery (Rotary club of Stirling, South Australia), Jean Polak from Bracebridge Ontario, Canada, Faye Kitto from North Rocks, Sydney, Max and Jenny Post from Armidale, NSW, and Allan and Robin Shropshire from Cincinnati, Ohio, USA experienced a great evening together thanks to the hospitality of Grant and Jebadiah.
