FOOD WASTE & ENVIRONMENT LUNCH AT THE SOFITEL

Featuring an Environment Panel including Matt Preston, John Thwaites, Lord Mayor Sally Capp, Dr Sandro Demaio, Abiola Ajetomobi & SecondBite’s Steve Clifford.

• Menu: sustainably and locally sourced produce, menu designed by Sofitel Melbourne chef in consultation with Matt Preston , the meal will be carbon offset with a donation to a forest project in Timor Leste
• Awarding of the Rotary Melbourne 2nd Annual Environmental Sustainability Award
• Raffle: Prizes – Bottle of Grange, One night for two at Sofitel, High Tea at Chateau Yering, Bottle of Baddaginnie Run Shiraz – all proceeds donated to Second Bite
